About the Role: Customer Support Response Specialist

As a Customer Support Response Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers enrolled in our Driver Assistance Program. This program provides critical safety and convenience services including Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and additional support services designed to keep drivers safe and connected.

Your primary responsibility will be to listen carefully and evaluate each caller's unique situation to provide appropriate solutions and see every interaction to resolution. The nature of these calls can range from simple requests for mapping and navigation assistance to urgent emergency situations requiring calm, decisive action. This role demands a high degree of caring and empathy, along with the ability to handle stressful situations in a calming, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via telephone and digital channels, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to Driver Assistance Program subscribers

  • Evaluate caller situations and determine appropriate solutions, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment

  • Handle emergency calls with composure and efficiency, following established protocols to ensure customer safety and satisfaction

  • Navigate complex systems while actively listening to customers, multitasking to find answers while maintaining engagement

  • Provide technical support for mapping, navigation, and destination assist services, guiding customers through setup and troubleshooting

  • De-escalate emotional or difficult calls by demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication techniques

  • Document call details accurately in customer relationship management systems, ensuring complete and precise records

  • Follow quality assurance guidelines and adhere to company policies and procedures for all customer interactions

  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain current knowledge of program services, policies, and best practices

  • Maintain professionalism and represent arenaflex and our client partners with integrity and excellence

  • Bilingual Premium: $0.31 per customer interaction minute for bilingual specialists

  • Bilingual Guarantee: 48 minutes of pay per available hour

  • Bilingual Earnings: Bilingual specialists can expect to earn $14.88 - $18.60 per hour
