Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Processor to join our Policy Administration team. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our Policy Administration team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your primary duties will include:
- Policy Inquiry Response: Professionally and efficiently respond to inquiries from members and partners regarding their insurance policies, ensuring all questions are addressed with accuracy and timeliness.
- Policy Changes and Updates: Process requests for changes to policy information, including updates to names, addresses, and social security numbers, while maintaining strict data integrity.
- Beneficiary Changes: Accurately process beneficiary changes, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Policy Ownership Changes: Handle requests for changes in policy ownership, following established procedures and verifying all required information.
- Document Requests: Process requests for duplicate quarterly or annual statements, as well as duplicate policy contracts, ensuring prompt delivery to policyholders.
- Policy Value Inquiries: Respond to questions regarding policy values and historical policy data, providing accurate information while maintaining confidentiality.
- High-Volume Transaction Processing: Process a large number of transactions daily with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, meeting productivity targets.
- Minimal Member Contact: This role involves little to no direct front-line contact with members or agents, allowing you to focus on precision and accuracy in data processing.
- Email Follow-up: Manage email communications related to policy inquiries and requests, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred (candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative work, or a related field. Entry-level candidates with relevant training are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing Skills: Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed (10-Key experience is a plus).
