What You'll Do
As a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of some of the world's most recognizable brands. Your role is critical in shaping customer perceptions and building brand loyalty through every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, addressing questions, concerns, and support needs
- Utilize effective probing techniques and active listening to identify customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve first-call resolution goals by thoroughly understanding customer issues and offering appropriate advice or services
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate information
- Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing customer interactions in real-time
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the designated CRM system
- Follow established scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, personable tone
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring seamless handoffs
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores, average handle time, and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product updates and company policies
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (phone, chat, email, or in-person)
- Strong proficiency with computer systems and navigation across multiple platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends
- Basic problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical support or call center environments
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Experience handling high-volume call queues
- Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) – a plus but not required
