The Role: Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency Team Member

Key Responsibilities


Your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding service to every customer who contacts arenaflex. This encompasses a wide range of duties that require both technical knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills:


  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions regarding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims status. You'll serve as a trusted resource, providing clear, accurate information that helps customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

  • Policy Information & Support: Explain the details of various insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business policies. Help customers understand their coverage, deductibles, and any additional protections that might benefit them.

  • Policy Changes & Updates: Assist customers with modifications to their existing policies, such as adding or removing vehicles, changing addresses, updating beneficiaries, or adjusting coverage levels. Ensure all changes are processed accurately and reflected in our system.

  • Claims Processing: Guide customers through the claims process from start to finish. This includes receiving claims, documenting necessary information, coordinating with claims adjusters, and following up with customers to ensure their claims are resolved satisfactorily.

  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations. Accurate documentation is essential for continuity of service and regulatory compliance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including agents, underwriters, and claims specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery. Effective teamwork is crucial in resolving complex issues and providing comprehensive solutions.
