What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier support to our customers when they need it most. This isn't about reading scripts or providing canned responses—these are authentic human-to-human interactions where you can genuinely make a difference. Here's what you can expect:
- Handle High-Volume Customer Contacts: Manage approximately 50-60 customer interactions per shift through inbound calls, chats, and messages. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every interaction counts.
- Resolve Post-Order Issues: compassionately assist customers with a variety of concerns including delivery questions, damaged items, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications.
- Build Customer Relationships: Serve as the voice of arenaflex and work to establish meaningful connections with customers. Address topics ranging from returns and replacements to delivery status and product availability.
- Listen Actively and Show Empathy: Pay close attention to understand customer concerns fully. Use your interpersonal skills to influence internal resources and find the best solutions to address their issues completely.
- De-escalate Concerns: Many customers reach out after experiencing issues. You'll use your peace-making skills to balance customer needs with business options while remaining calm and professional.
- Problem-Solve Creatively: Solutions aren't one-size-fits-all. You'll have the autonomy to help customers find the right answer. Think systematically to resolve issues during first contact whenever possible.
- Multitask Effectively: Navigate multiple programs, tabs, tools, and systems simultaneously to answer questions quickly and accurately. Be comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems.
- Maintain Reliability: Demonstrate commitment to being present and on time for your full shift each day. For unexpected events, communicate proactively with your team leads.
- Meet Performance Standards: Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals, excel in meeting customer service efficiency metrics, and fulfill various responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory—we value experience and attitude as much as formal education.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and understand English fluently. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working within Windows Operating Systems and similar platforms. Basic computer skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be able to work full-time shifts (8 hours) and be flexible with scheduling as needed.
- Commitment to Training: Our comprehensive training program is 100% mandatory. You must be able to attend fully without any misses, downtime, or lateness during this period.

- Previous customer service experience (even in informal settings) is a plus but not required—we provide full training
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environments
