As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of a company that cares deeply about its customers. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

At arenaflex, our customer service representatives handle a diverse range of post-order issues with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving expertise. Here's what you can expect in this role:


  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Compassionately assist customers navigating various post-order concerns including shipping questions, damaged items, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications.

  • Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with customers through inbound calls, chat messages, and emails—building genuine relationships with every interaction.

  • Problem Resolution: Listen actively to understand client concerns and leverage internal resources to find the best possible solution. No scripts, no canned responses—just authentic human-to-human interactions where you can truly make a difference.

  • De-Escalation: Use your refereeing skills to balance customer needs with business options while remaining calm and composed, even in challenging situations.

  • First-Contact Resolution: Think systematically to solve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach, utilizing your autonomy to find the right solution for each individual.

  • Multi-Tasking: Juggle multiple programs, tabs, tools, and order information to quickly and effectively answer questions while maintaining accuracy.

  • Performance Excellence: Exceed customer satisfaction goals and meet customer service efficiency metrics while handling approximately 50-60 calls per shift in a fast-paced, highly structured environment.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas where improvement is needed on behalf of arenaflex customers and share trends with management to help enhance our service offerings.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements


  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (read, write, and speak)

  • Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems or similar platforms

  • Strong computer navigation skills and comfort with learning new programs

  • Commitment to 100% attendance during training period (no misses, downtime, or lateness permitted)

  • Ability to pass the candidate evaluation for screening continuation

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree preferred (though equivalent experience will be considered)

  • Previous customer service or retail experience

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems

  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume call environments

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
