What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences from order to delivery. Your daily contributions will directly impact our reputation and customer loyalty. Here's what you can expect:
- Order Processing Excellence: Begin your day ready to support our customers with their order and invoicing needs. You'll handle the complete orders process with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring order accuracy, proper pricing, correct invoicing, and appropriate discounts.
- Dynamic Order Management: When product availability requires flexibility, you'll skillfully offer alternative shipping or pickup dates while maintaining clear and positive communication with customers throughout the process.
- Invoicing Accuracy: Complete all invoicing tasks with precision, ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered in a timely manner to maintain smooth operations and satisfied customers.
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. This aspect of the role is crucial in building strong, lasting working relationships with our valued customers.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Experience
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Successful completion of Grade 12 (high school diploma). Post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a valuable asset that will enhance your effectiveness with our diverse customer base.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience. Previous experience working with an ERP system and sales administration or order entry is a significant asset that will help you hit the ground running.
- Technical Proficiency: Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute to ensure efficient order processing and communication. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an asset.
- Work Style: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively with a sense of urgency, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
