Position Overview: Seasonal Customer Love Associate (Remote – Texas Based)

Are you ready to be the voice of a brand that's changing the world? We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Love team as Seasonal Associates. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while representing one of the most exciting sustainable fashion brands in the industry.

As a Seasonal Customer Love Associate, you'll be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, helping customers navigate their shopping journey with warmth, expertise, and genuine care. You'll wear many hats – part stylist, part friend, part problem-solver – all while representing our commitment to exceptional service and sustainable fashion.

What You'll Do:


  • Deliver Magical Customer Experiences: Provide consistently exceptional customer service across all communication channels including email, text, chat, and phone. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting positive impression.

  • Build Lasting Relationships: Approach each customer interaction with a customer-first mindset, focusing on building long-term, loyal relationships that turn one-time buyers into lifelong brand advocates.

  • Exceed Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets related to response times, customer satisfaction scores, and case resolution rates.

  • Master Our Processes: Become an expert in our shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures. Know these processes inside and out to efficiently process orders, answer questions, and resolve any issues customers may encounter.

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador: Be prepared to switch hats seamlessly – from stylist helping customers find their perfect piece, to friend offering fashion advice, to personal assistant helping navigate any shopping needs.

  • Share Valuable Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and sharing feedback with internal teams including Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development. Your insights help shape our product offerings and customer experience.

  • Embrace Continuous Learning: Get to know the ins and outs of all aspects of the business. Gain exposure to different teams and departments to develop a well-rounded understanding of how a sustainable fashion brand operates.

Extra Credit – Nice to Have:


  • Prior experience on an e-commerce customer service team

  • Proficiency with Kustomer CRM platform

  • Comfortable with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)

  • Background in fashion retail or styling

  • Multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish)

Availability and Schedule:

We're currently hiring for Seasonal positions with both part-time and full-time availability needed during our peak summer season, starting in September. We need team members who can offer flexible schedules to support our customers when demand is highest.

Part-Time: 16–29 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts required


Full-Time: 32–40 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts required

Flexible availability is especially important. We need team members who can help us deliver exceptional service during evenings, weekends, and holidays – whenever our customers need us most. This is a remote position based in Texas, so you must have a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Growth Opportunities: Top-performing Seasonal employees may be invited to extend their contracts and join us for the winter peak season from mid-November through January. Additionally, exceptional team members may be considered for permanent roles on our core Customer Love team, based on business needs and individual performance. Compensation and Benefits:

We believe in rewarding our team members fairly for their hard work and dedication. The wage for this position is $17.60 - $18.65 per hour, depending on your location within Texas.
