Position Overview

  • Enrollment Support: Guide clients through the benefits enrollment process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their dedicated point of contact for all benefits-related questions and concerns.

  • Documentation Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, benefits selections, and follow-up actions using our internal customer relationship management system.
