Are you passionate about shaping exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in ambiguous environments where your strategic thinking can transform how customers interact with products and services? arenaflex is seeking a talented and driven Senior Product Manager – End-to-End Customer Journey to lead our consumer experience initiatives and drive meaningful impact across the entire customer lifecycle.
At arenaflex, we believe that outstanding customer experiences are the foundation of lasting business success. As a leader in technology solutions, we are committed to understanding our customers deeply, mapping their journeys with precision, and continuously optimizing every touchpoint to deliver exceptional value. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity above all else.
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Product Manager who will own the end-to-end customer journey for our consumer software products. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, framing, and optimizing customer experiences from the first point of contact through long-term engagement and retention. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure alignment, drive execution, and deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
This is a 6-12 month W2 contract position with the flexibility to work remotely, preferably based in or near the San Francisco Bay Area, though we are open to exceptional candidates located elsewhere who can operate effectively within the PST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Product Manager – End-to-End Customer Journey at arenaflex, you will:
- Diagnose and Frame Customer Journeys: Conduct comprehensive mapping of end-to-end customer flows to identify breakdown points, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Translate complex journey data into actionable insights that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Drive Closure with Velocity: Create executive-ready narratives, presentations, and strategic artifacts that bring clarity to complex customer challenges. Your work will directly influence leadership decisions and accelerate action across the organization.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead impactful discussions across Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams. Ensure that tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies are clearly understood and addressed. Build consensus among diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Balance Data and Insight: Leverage both quantitative analysis and qualitative customer research to size, prioritize, and validate opportunities. Conduct customer interviews and user tests to gather deep insights that inform product decisions.
- Ensure Accountability: Track post-launch performance rigorously, identify gaps between expected and actual outcomes, and hold teams accountable for addressing customer friction points. Establish KPIs and success metrics that matter.
- Influence Without Authority: Shape executive decisions and organizational priorities through exceptional storytelling, data-driven insights, persistence, and clear communication. Become a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role at arenaflex, you should have:
- An MBA preferred, though equivalent practical experience and demonstrated strategic thinking will be strongly considered.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product marketing, ideally within the consumer software industry.
- Proven ability to manage through ambiguity, assess tradeoffs thoughtfully, and prioritize effectively even with imperfect data or changing requirements.
- Strong experience producing executive-facing narratives and presentations that simplify complexity and drive informed decision-making at the highest levels.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a demonstrated track record of aligning diverse stakeholders across departments and levels.
- Familiarity with creative and design tools and workflows is a plus, enabling effective collaboration with design and UX teams.

At arenaflex, we value candidates who bring a combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while also diving deep into details that matter for customer experience.
- Analytical Excellence: Comfortable working with data, deriving insights, and making data-informed decisions.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences—from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
