Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and confident Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic customer support team. In this part-time role, you will provide top-tier support to our customers through live chat, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. Documentation and Continuous Improvement
- Accurately document customer interactions, maintaining up-to-date and detailed records in the support database
- Gather valuable feedback from customers and share insights with the team to contribute to service improvements
- Participate in quality assurance reviews to continuously enhance your performance
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and proactively suggest improvements
