What You'll Do
As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative at Arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in representing our clients' brands and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling Inbound Customer Interactions: Professionally manage incoming telephone calls, responding to customer inquiries with empathy, patience, and accuracy. Each interaction is an opportunity to resolve issues and build lasting relationships.
- Technical Support Excellence: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to customers experiencing product or service-related issues. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose challenges and deliver effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:
- Age Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
- Legal Authorization: Must be a legal U.S. citizen or possess valid Legal Resident status (green card holder or equivalent).
- Background Clearance: Must have a clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions. All candidates are subject to a comprehensive background check.
- Technical Requirements: Must possess a reliable computer system and stable cable or DSL Internet connection to perform duties effectively from your home office.
- Financial Commitment: Must be able to invest $12.95 for the required background check (a copy will be provided to you). Additionally, candidates must cover the cost of client training, with all fees fully reimbursed after completing 90 days of servicing a client.
- Training Availability: Must be willing to attend a comprehensive virtual training program for 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day. This unpaid training period is essential for developing the skills and knowledge required for success.
- Schedule Commitment: Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to create your own schedule that aligns with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in call center, help desk, or retail environments
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Previous remote work experience or familiarity with virtual collaboration tools
- Sales experience or comfort with upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Multi-language capabilities (Spanish is a plus, but not required)
