As an Actuarial Analyst within arenaflex, you will leverage strong technical skills, business acumen, and an understanding of human behavior to support the team in activities related to pricing, reserving, estimating, data analysis, competitive intelligence, healthcare trend analysis, and tracking business results. What You'll Experience: Program Rotations

Throughout the program, you will participate in four comprehensive rotations that will immerse you in key business areas. Each rotation is carefully crafted to provide exposure to different aspects of actuarial work, ensuring you develop a well-rounded skill set. Here's what you can expect:

• Risk Assessment: Understand the concept of specific risks and present findings from your analysis to management. You'll learn how to evaluate potential threats to the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.


• Rate Filing: Organize and analyze filing data, then prepare and submit required presentations for regulatory filings. This rotation will give you hands-on experience with the compliance side of actuarial work.

Work Environment and Flexibility

arenaflex follows a hybrid work model, providing office-based team members with the ability to flex between working in the office and telecommuting based on the work you need to accomplish. This flexibility allows you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life while still maintaining meaningful in-person collaboration with your team.
