As our Production Support Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that high-quality content reaches our partners and clients efficiently, reliably, and on time. What You'll Do

As a Production Support Coordinator within our Global Operations team, you'll be responsible for fulfilling programming, activity, partnership, and creation needs for authorities across the globe. Your days will be filled with meaningful responsibilities that keep the world connected to the content they love. Here's what you can expect:


  • Manage Programming and Content Feeds: You'll ensure that programming and creation feeds are delivered to all regions, including live content delivery to partnership clients around the world. Your attention to detail will ensure uninterrupted service.

  • Create and Distribute Content: Using our QCut system, you'll craft compelling clips and highlights, then distribute them globally through feeds or file delivery mechanisms. You'll be the creative force behind making key moments accessible worldwide.

  • Content Discovery and Management: Leverage advanced tools like ADT, Media Search, and feed programs to locate and procure content for distribution. Your expertise will help us build a rich content library.

  • Technical Coordination: Maintain and update all video city and fiber plans for feedings related to our agencies. This technical oversight ensures smooth operations across all our distribution channels.

  • Visual Asset Creation: Using Photoshop and Art Chief, you'll create and upload thumbnails for our digital platforms, enhancing the viewer experience. You'll also manage content uploads to various digital platforms for different regions.

  • Daily Communications: Prepare and deliver daily live feed overviews to partnership clients, keeping them informed and confident in our services.

  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate and investigate any feed issues with internal and external partners. Your problem-solving skills will be key in maintaining our reputation for reliability.

  • Tracking and Distribution: Input cut and refeed demands into our Partnership Administrator system for comprehensive tracking and distribution to all regions.

  • Technical Platform Management: Execute technical roles and responsibilities within the TVU Maker platform for various worldwide shows, supporting our global broadcast infrastructure.

  • Equipment Logistics: Assist the Project Workspace with TVU Packs and camera equipment shipments for remote productions, ensuring our field teams have the tools they need.

  • Real-Time Information Sharing: Provide updated information in real-time to all stakeholders, including edge store changes, production room changes, and other critical updates.

  • File Transfer Operations: Manage content acquisition and delivery via file transfer protocols including FTP, Relay it, WeTransfer, and other platforms.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid foundation in production operations and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. We're seeking candidates who bring:


  • Comprehensive Production Knowledge: Understanding of all production aspects, including Studio, Events, and Electronic News Gathering (ENG). You should be familiar with the end-to-end production lifecycle.

  • Coordination Expertise: Knowledge of allocated areas of coordination and the ability to manage complex workflows across multiple stakeholders.

  • Operational Support Skills: Experience supporting daily processes with minimal supervision, ensuring consistency and quality in all deliverables.

  • Sports Industry Interest: A genuine interest in sports content is highly recommended, as much of our programming revolves around live sports broadcasting.

  • Basic Design Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of Photoshop for creating visual assets and thumbnails.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of related administrative and production support work experience in media, broadcasting, or content distribution.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is a significant plus. Your multilingual abilities will help us serve diverse markets and partners.
