They are seeking a Remote Client Services Representative to handle client inquiries, validate account information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Research data regarding account and billing information to validate and confirm debts owed
- Handle and respond to daily client requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, fax and mail
- Produce reports as requested by clients by assisting in the creation of the reports
- Dependent upon position, demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new computer platform/systems
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws regulations
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures
- Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
- Make recommendations to implement improved processes
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED certificate, or equivalent of relevant work experience desired
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office required
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required
- Must have professional and mature manner, have a 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to work with minimal supervision required
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
