About the Role: Virtual Customer Care Professional

We're currently seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Virtual Customer Care team in Phoenix. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation ranging from $28 to $35 per hour, with comprehensive training and advancement opportunities.
What You'll Do Every Day
As a Customer Care Professional on our Small Business Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting entrepreneurs and business executives. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing Inbound Customer Interactions: Handle inbound calls while engaging and conversing with small business owners and executives to understand their unique needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Product and Service Expertise: Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate relevant product features, benefits, and various elements of arenaflex Small Business Services.
- Consultative Selling: Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals with a customer-first approach.
- Exceptional Customer Care: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Documentation and Compliance: Document essential account information according to established policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Integrity and Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to adjusters and sales practices, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your product knowledge, customer service skills, and professional capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum two years of customer service experience with a genuine passion for building customer loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and problem-solving.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment (two years or more) with measurable results.
- Multi-tasking Abilities: Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and navigate various systems in an online environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Educational benefits are available for those seeking to further their credentials.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will help you stand out:
- Previous experience in financial services or B2B customer support
- Knowledge of small business operations, needs, and challenges
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- bilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
