What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for supporting various business functions through accurate data management and analytical support. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Data Collection & Processing: Gather, organize, and process information from disparate information systems across our U.S. and global businesses, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout all databases.
• Information Analysis: Identify and analyze information to support enterprise risk management (ERM) objectives, compliance requirements, and strategic planning initiatives across multiple business units.
• Dashboard Development: Design and create dynamic dashboards using analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau that help stakeholders understand risk exposure and assess the maturity of associated controls.
• Reporting & Documentation: Construct custom reports as needed to support business leaders, compliance professionals, and legal teams in making informed decisions.
• Methodology Enhancement: Apply expertise in analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing risk and improving operational efficiency.
• Insight Generation: Draw insights and correlations from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders through compelling visualizations.
• Risk Assessment Support: Provide input on emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis and support continuous improvement of our ERM and risk evaluation processes.
• Storytelling with Data: Transform raw data into meaningful narratives that "inform a story" and drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Solicit comments from stakeholders and assist in the continuous development of our data management and risk assessment processes.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage tools like PowerApps, BigQuery, and Dataiku to streamline data workflows and enhance analytical capabilities.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku.
• Domain Expertise: Experience working on legal, compliance, enterprise risk management (ERM), or risk evaluation matters.

• Programming Abilities: Capability to code using R or Python for data analysis and automation purposes.
