With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
**The Role**
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be part of a high-performing team that's responsible for the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller.
* Collaborating closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.
* Working closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs.
* Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform.
* Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
* Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
* Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
* Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
* Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve best and efficiency.
* Collaborating closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
* Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
* Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
