Position Overview
As an Information Researcher – Real World Evidence at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in generating high-quality real-world evidence through advanced research methodologies and innovative analytical approaches. You will be an integral part of our Scientific Issues team, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful insights from clinical and real-world data sources. This position offers the unique opportunity to influence both internal decision-making and external healthcare outcomes through the application of cutting-edge data science and technology.

This includes analyzing unmet medical needs, assessing safety and efficacy in specific disease states, evaluating treatment patterns and healthcare economic burden, and conducting cost-effectiveness modeling.
- Data Management: Clean, transform, and store data into a unified data lake architecture for future analysis and broader team utilization. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform data mining and statistical analysis to analyze RWE/Real World Data (RWD) and discover new insights regarding patient populations and treatment outcomes. Apply advanced statistical methodologies to extract meaningful patterns from complex healthcare datasets.
- Capability Development: Support the development of real-world data, analytics, and platform capabilities by applying advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve scientific questions from biopharmaceutical organizations.
- Research Study Execution: Collaborate on the design and execution of outcomes research studies, ensuring methodological rigor and scientific validity throughout the research process.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality, rigorous, and readily interpretable outputs from RWE reviews and investigations. Maintain strict quality control standards for all analytical deliverables.
- Reporting and Visualization: Build dashboards, analyses, and reports for both internal and external use, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Vendor Evaluation: Conduct due diligence on new real-world data providers and vendors, driving RWD quality assessments to inform investment decisions and partnership opportunities.
