Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on our customers' lives, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Specialist – Shipment & Delivery Expert, you'll be responsible for: * Monitoring the employee's shipping dashboard for incoming orders and packages, ensuring timely and accurate processing * Consolidating or processing outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided * Inspecting product boxes for damage and taking and uploading photos to maintain high-quality standards * Providing exceptional customer service to customers and carriers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently * Managing ocean/air import shipments, FCL and LCL, to ensure timely and efficient delivery * Providing post-shipment follow-up to ensure personalized customer service and satisfaction * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes * Maintaining accurate records and reports to track shipments and customer interactions **Essential Qualifications:** * 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in using technology, including shipping software and customer relationship management tools **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the logistics or transportation industry * Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures * Familiarity with customer relationship management software and shipping software * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in using technology, including shipping software and customer relationship management tools * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
