About the Role: Solutions Analyst – Labor Systems Data Solutions

We're seeking a talented and motivated Solutions Analyst to join our Labor Systems team within arenaflex Parks, Experiences, and Products. In this critical role, you'll provide comprehensive system strategy, optimization, and support for all labor and personnel management systems across our domestic sites. You'll be working at the intersection of technology and human resources, helping to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere in the United States. You'll report directly to the Manager of Labor Systems Data Solutions and become an integral part of a team that's dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.

• On-call support: Participate in an on-call rotation and cross-functional sustainment obligations with the team to ensure continuous system availability.

Required Experience

• Programming experience: One or more years of experience with at least one primary programming language such as C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python, or a comparable language. You should be comfortable writing clean, efficient code.


• Database experience: One or more years of experience working with data technologies, including but not limited to SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or comparable database systems.


• Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically and analyze complex data to develop meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Education
