Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead our Customer Returns Experience initiatives at arenaflex. This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Discounts, Substitutions, and Concessions (RRC) and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of how our customers interact with our returns and exchanges platform. You will be instrumental in expanding client-facing returns features, enhancing our value proposition, and introducing innovative solutions that make the returns process not just functional, but genuinely delightful for our customers.

What You'll Do
- Develop deep customer insights: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our diverse customer segments to anticipate their needs and design solutions that exceed expectations.
- Enhance returns capabilities: Extend and improve client-facing returns features to make the returns process more compelling, efficient, and user-friendly across all touchpoints.
- Lead innovation initiatives: Own the concept, design, and launch of client-facing returns solutions to address existing and future edge cases, including convenient drop-off options at physical locations and the introduction of new carrier partnerships.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Fulfillment Operations, Merchandising Category teams, Customer Support, and other stakeholders within the RRC organization.
- Drive continuous improvement: Pursue ongoing excellence by identifying and implementing innovative solutions that further delight our customers and streamline operations.
- Performance tracking: Monitor key milestones and manage detailed project plans to drive execution excellence and accountability across all initiatives.
- Stakeholder communication: Deliver project updates to Customer Support leadership and other key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
- Risk management: Identify areas of risk for RRC deliverables and collaborate with product owners to address and remedy challenges proactively.
- Project coordination: Manage interdependencies and coordinate across projects to ensure that information regarding project timelines, risks, and issues is effectively communicated to key stakeholders.
- Relationship building: Foster collaboration, strategic alignment, coordinated planning, and mutually supportive relationships with product owners, project leaders, and key stakeholders across the organization.
What You'll Need
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management or similar experience managing cross-functional projects and balancing product/business requirements with technical constraints.
- Customer experience expertise: Proven history of developing and improving client-facing features in a product management capacity, with a focus on enhancing user experience.
- Leadership capabilities: Strong leadership and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results across organizational boundaries.
- Executive communication: Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and articulate product strategy and its impact on business outcomes.
