What You'll Do as a arenaflex Customer Service Representative

Customer Engagement & Support



  • Engage directly with customers who reach out for a wide variety of reasons—from helping first-time pet parents shop for essentials to finding that perfect chew toy that keeps a restless pup entertained for hours

  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs, pet types, and lifestyle considerations

  • Problem-solve in real-time when something doesn't go as planned, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones

  • Listen actively to understand the full context of each customer inquiry before responding

Problem Resolution & Critical Thinking



  • Research and analyze customer issues to determine the most appropriate solutions

  • Think proactively to anticipate potential follow-up needs and address them before they escalate

  • Set and complete follow-ups to ensure every customer issue is fully resolved to their satisfaction

  • Document interactions accurately in our customer relationship management systems

Essential Requirements



  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse customer interactions

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening abilities—you'll need to pass a written assessment as part of our selection process

  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable maintaining engaging phone conversations while simultaneously navigating computer systems, taking notes, and researching solutions

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills including rapid navigation through multiple systems, efficient data entry, and internet research capabilities

  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot and adjust to changing business needs, new processes, and evolving customer expectations

  • Location: Must reside within 90 miles of Hollywood, Florida to be eligible for this remote position

Technical Requirements for Your Home Office

Since you'll be working remotely from your home office, it's essential that your setup meets our standards to ensure a seamless customer experience:


  • Dedicated Workspace: A work area large enough to accommodate dual computer monitors, free from distractions, and without background noise that could impact customer interactions

  • Video-Ready Environment: Your work area must be acceptable for webcam use during team meetings and collaborative sessions

  • Internet Connection: A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload (you can test your speed at speedtest.net or contact your service provider)

  • Authentication Device: A cell phone or tablet capable of running Okta Verify for two-factor authentication (either a smartphone/tablet with the Okta app or a cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls)

Note: arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment including computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam. You simply need to provide the high-speed internet connection.
