  • Update clients on upcoming offers and packages to help improve their Home and Life Quality
  • Update internal database with critical details and special requests from homeowners
  • Provide outstanding customer service through interactions with homeowners over phone and email
  • Meet or exceed daily call volume targets, with a minimum of 50 new customer contacts per day
  • Build personal connections with homeowners while treating them with the highest level of respect to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
  • *Typical Duties**
  • Follow up on previous service to ensure Trusted Service Quality
  • Update clients on upcoming offers and packages to help improve their Home and Life Quality
  • Update internal database with critical details and special requests from homeowners
  • Provide outstanding customer service through interactions with homeowners over phone and email
  • Participate in all required staff meetings and trainings
  • Help maintain and promote a high company morale, professional, and friendly work environment
  • All facets of office duties, including keeping up with social media
  • *Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, professional, clean-cut, aggressive, and drug-free
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
