  • *The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Operations - Identity Customer Experience to join our Customer Advanced Character group. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of digital identity initiatives in store conditions, launching and scaling capabilities to enhance customer experiences and adoption, and working closely with Omni experiences and Store Operations groups to deliver top-tier customer ID solutions.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Support the development of digital identity experiences across a defined customer experience space (e.g., store service desks, checkout)
  • Analyze existing CX streams at various touchpoints
  • Design tests for identity capture (e.g., phone number)
  • Interpret the customer experience plan that would enhance identity capture and utilization at exchange points from paper to execution plan
  • Develop an execution guide for select experience execution
  • Collaborate with item, field, and research groups to develop analyses
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings joining forces with item and surveys and approve tests
  • Manage tests in the field
  • Send tests in accordance with Walmart field activities groups
  • Collaborate with research to decipher results
  • Suggest and execute upgrades
  • Track progress of the analysis, set up and execute reporting structure, and develop benchmarks to beat expected challenges.

  • Maintain relationships with Walmart groups to ensure effective execution
  • Capture partner needs, enabling the group to set up important business analysis
  • Assemble and execute communication plans to key partners

  • *Requirements**
  • Four-year college degree required.
  • 7+ years in Operations jobs, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or Omni environment.
  • 5+ years executing new drives in a store environment
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to influence within partners
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing effective drives.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
