As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.   • *About arenaflex's Customer Listening Team**

arenaflex's Customer Listening Team is responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback from over 5 million surveys annually across consumer, business, and service provider segments. Our team uses a stop-to-stop Voice of the Customer technique, which includes the layout and programming of customer experience surveys in over 40 languages and across more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be part of this team, working to improve and refine our VOC method to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs for the VOC method
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this knowledge to inform business decisions
  • Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
  • Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions with high-quality and accuracy
  • Provide guidance on optimizing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
  • Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
  • Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC stop-to-stop technique
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
  • Ability to collaborate with product managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, including delivering small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics
  • Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
