- Job Description:
- Shape the people strategy for Product and Engineering divisions
- Serve as a strategic HR partner supporting senior and executive leadership
- Provide counsel on organizational design and workforce strategy
- Lead talent planning activities including succession and development planning
- Advise leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and workforce planning
- Analyze workforce data and organizational trends to identify priorities
- Collaborate with HR partners to implement supportive programs and solutions
- Guide change management planning for business initiatives
- Facilitate leadership discussions on organizational health and role clarity
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in HR business partnership or strategic HR roles
- Experience supporting Product and Engineering divisions
- Experience using workforce data and people insights
- Knowledge of core HR disciplines like performance management, employee relations, and change management
- Ability to operate in a matrixed environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and capability in leveraging AI tools for HR effectiveness
