We are seeking a meticulous and drivenRemote Paralegal to join our team.

    Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and provide clear, concise analysis to support attorneys and business teams.
  • Draft, review, redline, and prepare contracts, agreements, amendments, riders, and closing documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with corporate governance, including maintaining corporate records, filings, and compliance documentation.
  • Support commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, title review, Change of Ownership (CHOW) filings, and state licensing submissions.
  • Develop and manage closing checklists, coordinate revisions from attorneys, lenders, and clients, and ensure all negotiated changes are accurately captured.
  • Ensure compliance with local and state regulations in all filings and submissions, particularly for assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Provide support on additional projects as assigned, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
    Qualifications
  • Paralegal Certificate required.
  • 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in corporate, MA, or commercial real estate law.
  • Strong background in real estate transactions, including title clearance and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and review legal documents with precision.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience managing last-minute changes in complex transactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, legal research platforms, and document management/redlining tools (e.g., DocuSign, Word).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
