What You'll Do
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll work alongside a talented team of data scientists and engineers to solve complex business challenges using advanced data science and machine learning techniques. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in content, product, marketing, and engineering to understand their needs and develop solutions that exceed their expectations. A critical part of your role will be translating your discoveries into clear, actionable insights for both technical experts and business stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and prepare high-quality data for machine learning models and analytical workflows
- Develop and evaluate machine learning models that extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, generate accurate predictions, and produce actionable recommendations
- Work with natural language processing algorithms to process and extract valuable information from text-based data sources, enabling deeper understanding of customer feedback, content metadata, and more
- Build interactive dashboards and compelling visualizations that effectively communicate your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences across the organization

Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience conducting statistical analysis and developing production-quality machine learning models using Python
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, statistical methodologies, and predictive modeling techniques
- Analytical Skills: Ability to derive meaningful insights and conclusions from complex datasets to inform model development and strategic business decisions
- Collaboration: Strong desire to work alongside fellow data scientists, data engineers, and key business stakeholders in a team-oriented environment
- Programming: Proficiency with ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn and data processing libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools
- Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL and experience with distributed data technologies
- Visualization: Familiarity with data analysis and visualization platforms such as Streamlit, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent tools

Compensation & Benefits
