What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist on our Data Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in exploring and cultivating assessment methodologies to drive the continuous improvement of remark data quality for aren't extensive range of ML projects. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping how our machine learning systems learn, adapt, and improve.

Core Technical Responsibilities:

• Dataset Analysis: Focus on client's dataset and quality requirements, developing electronic measurements to measure/monitor data quality at scale across distributed systems


• Behavioral Analysis: Analyze customer behavior patterns, developing integrated frameworks to recognize unusual investigation patterns and identify opportunities to improve quality and consistency of data delivered to our ML clients


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with planning teams to get your fundamental designs translated into evolutions that Data Operations will use regularly


• Complex Problem Solving: Work with large, complex educational files to resolve difficult, non-routine assessment problems by applying advanced intelligent methods as needed


• Pipeline Development: Collect and present assessment pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale, ensuring reproducibility and efficiency


• Quality Assessment Innovation: Develop and refine data quality evaluation methods for various and complex data explanation programs, leveraging your creative thinking abilities

Leadership and Communication:

• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Getting Ready, and Assignments groups to deliver boss solutions


• Articulate and decode business questions, using statistical procedures to arrive at responses using open data


• Create and present logical experiences through papers and presentations to diverse stakeholders


• Effectively manage and lead change while maintaining arenaflex culture and standards

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this highly impactful role, candidates must possess a unique combination of technical expertise, analytical prowess, and communication skills. We're seeking someone who can bridge the gap between complex data science and business impact.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a data science professional with a proven track record of delivering impactful results


• Quantitative Skills: Proficiency in applying quantitative methods to coordinated and unstructured data for complex data analysis, plan confirmation, experiences generation, and measurements improvement


• Programming Expertise: Strong programming abilities in data manipulation and handling, with SQL and Python required; experience with additional languages is a plus


• A/B Testing Experience: Demonstrated experience understanding the intricacies of customer conduct through significant jump assessments, including planning, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests


• Data Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, AWS, and equivalent platforms


• Statistical Analysis: Ability to articulate and decode business questions, using statistical procedures to arrive at solutions using open data


• Self-Motivation: Self-driven and curious with innovative and conclusive thinking abilities to enhance data quality evaluation methods


• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities with demonstrated understanding in creating and presenting logical experiences through papers and presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Programming, Planning, Economics, or Physics (PhD preferred)


• Experience working with large-scale distributed data systems


• Background in machine learning model development and deployment


• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices


• Experience in consumer technology or software development environments
