What You'll Bring

As a Senior Customer Engagement Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to our internal and external customers. Your role involves end-to-end ownership of customer engagement processes, from requirements gathering to solution implementation and validation. You will serve as a key liaison between our customers and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full System Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the complete system lifecycle, including customer and sales engagement, comprehensive requirements gathering, detailed criteria analysis, and thorough review of solution fulfillment for both internal and external customers.
  • Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze customer business requirements in depth and assist the technical team with developing end-to-end processing solutions. This includes solution design, system setup, testing, delivery, and comprehensive documentation.
  • System Validation & Testing: Validate batch and online system setup and output based on customer requirements. This involves direct communication with customers to audit results, ensure accuracy, and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Industry Analysis: Analyze and interpret how industry changes, regulatory updates, and market trends will affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery. Provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical and functional matters. Translate complex technical concepts into layman's terms for non-technical audiences, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of best practices that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable them to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing roles within the financial services or related industries.

Essential Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Industry Experience: Relevant work experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry. Familiarity with credit reporting, banking, or fintech sectors is highly valued.
  • Customer-Facing Skills: Demonstrated experience in Internal and external customer-facing roles, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Technical Translation: Ability to translate technical and functional requirements into clear, actionable guidance for technical counterparts. Strong capability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communication Excellence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to act decisively in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
  • Independence & Prioritization: Proven ability to work independently, manage simultaneous assignments, and effectively prioritize workload with competing priorities.
  • Data Familiarity: Comfortable working with data, including data analysis, interpretation, and validation.

Preferred Qualifications


While not mandatory, the following qualifications and experiences will give you a competitive edge:



  • Prior experience in the credit reporting, financial services, or direct marketing industry.

  • Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and API integrations.

  • Experience with data capturing, data management, and database systems.

  • Understanding of credit bureau operations and consumer credit data.

  • Project management certification or relevant professional credentials.
