What You'll Do at arenaflex

As a Senior Analyst in our Visual Media Factory organization, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities that span multiple workstreams and functional areas. • Drive Key Projects Across Imagery Workstreams: You will lead and coordinate critical initiatives across various imagery workstreams, ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams and achieving project milestones on time and within scope.
• Create Custom Analytic Reports: You will conduct thorough analysis and synthesis of data and trends to develop custom analytic reports that effectively communicate picture quality insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Improve Current Systems: Through careful examination of existing practices, you will leverage data to suggest and design meaningful process changes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve output quality.
• Serve as a Strategic Partner: You will act as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment among a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve a unique set of value-driven outcomes.
• Partner with Product Managers: You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to assist in the design, support, testing, and improvement of arenaflex's proprietary workflow management tools and production ecosystem.
• Monitor Process Health and Performance: You will continuously monitor process health and performance, identify routine trends, and offer advice to increase actionable steps that drive continuous improvement.
• Build Scalable Strategies: You will help construct scalable strategies to support data collection and pipeline optimization, ensuring our operations can grow alongside our business demands.

• Technical Proficiency: Highly analytical mindset with experience analyzing and interpreting large datasets. Strong SQL skills are required for this position.
