CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows: Forms infold carton and positions on scale platform for packing. Neatly packs carton with layers of sheeted bacon. Scales to proper weight. If overwight, removes bacon until acceptable limit is obtained. If underweight, neatly adds weight slices until acceptable. Adds cover sheet and folds cover. Sets aside carton to conveyor. Properly packs and scales bacon. Monitors scale tare for correct setting and keeps area clean. In downgrade position, inspect bacon slices to meet specific standards for various orders as set by leadership. Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
