Field Trip Health is a national private-pay mental health organization specializing in innovative treatments. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their inbound growth by converting leads into booked consultations through effective communication and follow-up.


Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS
  • Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Educate clients on next steps and guide them toward booking consultations
  • Handle common objections with confidence and empathy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured follow-up sequences
  • Consistently hit activity and conversion targets
  • Collaborate closely with senior client care and clinical teams

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, admissions, recruitment, or client conversion
  • Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
  • Like structure, targets, and clear expectations
  • Want to grow into a senior sales or account executive role
  • Care about outcomes but understand healthcare requires professionalism and discretion
  • French is considered a strong asset
