Key Responsibilities


  • Manage projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers, including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution.

  • Develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives.

  • Utilize advanced business analysis skills, database tools, and generated data to improve techniques that drive innovative and quality, customer-centric results and forecasting.

  • Proactively develop recommendations for arenaflex/customer opportunities and internal processes within cross-departmental projects.

  • Maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Directly related experience may offset degree requirements.

  • Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:


  • A Master Export Specialist (MES) – Customs Broker License.

  • Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or related.

  • Coordination of air and ocean shipments, including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking.

  • Customs import controls and clearance experience.

  • Certified Export Specialist (CES) – Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).
