As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing clear verbal and written communications, and utilizing our CRM system to resolve customer inquiries. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide best-in-class customer service to arenaflex's various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing clear verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
- Utilize our CRM system to resolve customer inquiries, update records with current demographic and contact information, and accurately notate all interactions
- Initiate calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
- Comprehend training material on a variety of topics and share new concepts and content with colleagues
- Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
- Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
- *Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in the Education FinTech industry or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
