As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed
- Maintaining accurate records, including patient and medication data, and processing voids, returns, and exchanges
- Assisting pharmacists with tasks, such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
- Reporting medication errors to pharmacists and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Handling calls and responding to customer inquiries, including those related to prescription medications and over-the-counter products
- Processing manual claims for external program prescription services and performing other administrative tasks as assigned
- Assisting with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and storing shipments of medications and other products
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the pharmacy and surrounding areas
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in pharmacy operations and customer service
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
