As a member of our Intelligent Tech Special Projects group, you'll help transform how we approach sales enablement, creating new tools and experiences that benefit both customers and our sales teams.

What You'll Do

As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll serve as the heartbeat of one of our most critical new Sales Enablement programs. You'll focus on reimagining the customer journey and challenging conventional approaches to ensure we deliver outstanding products at scale, on time, and with exceptional quality.

Your role requires versatility and the ability to seamlessly transition between strategy, development, operations, experience design, and geographic accessibility initiatives. You'll collaborate across regional and global teams, including Channel Program Development and Customer Sales Enablement, to create cohesive and impactful experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Journey Mapping: Develop comprehensive maps of the customer journey and collaborate closely with program directors to identify optimal strategies for achieving our goals.

  • Content Integration: Synthesize and integrate content from multiple sources to create unified, coherent narratives that resonate with customers.

  • Content Governance: Establish and maintain a comprehensive style guide, manage the organization's content library, and monitor performance metrics to identify high-performing content and areas requiring updates.

  • Innovation Testing: Participate in rapid prototyping and testing cycles to iterate quickly and refine our approaches based on real-world feedback.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and Product Management teams to develop innovative solutions that accelerate time-to-market, enhance custom experiences, and drive measurable sales results.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Navigate ambiguity with confidence, proposing creative solutions to complex challenges while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work effectively in a highly matrixed environment, building relationships across departments and geographies to achieve shared goals.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with content development teams and regional partners, with demonstrated success in geographic specialization.

  • Deep expertise in content development through UI/UX and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable sales results.

  • Comprehensive understanding of arenaflex product features, benefits, and real-world applications.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex customer experience metrics into effective content strategies.

  • Previous experience with content management tools that influence both front-end and back-end solutions; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is a significant plus.

  • Exceptional adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, paired with the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • BS/MS degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline).

  • Experience in retail or consumer technology sales enablement.

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

  • Competitive Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $141,100.00 to $212,600.00, determined by your skills, experience, and geographic location. This range provides opportunities for growth as you advance in your career.
