Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our growing team with a primary focus on outbound calling operations. This is a part-time position requiring 12 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility available. Key Responsibilities


  • Outbound Calling Operations: Conduct outbound calls to a curated lead list provided by the company, professionally engaging potential clients and providing comprehensive information about our services, programs, and initiatives designed to support women's leadership development.

  • Relationship Building: Build rapport and maintain positive, lasting relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, active listening, and genuine interest in their professional goals and challenges.

  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads to determine potential interest and suitability for our programs and services, ensuring that our resources reach those who can benefit most from them.

  • Inbound Inquiry Response: Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests with accuracy, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach.

  • Documentation & CRM Management: Document all interactions, updates, and follow-up activities in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping, facilitate team collaboration, and maintain organized procedures.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to strategize, plan, and optimize outbound calling campaigns for maximum effectiveness, conversion success, and continuous improvement.

  • Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed established targets for outbound call volume, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics while maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality.

Essential Qualifications


  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is required, with a proven track record of success in outbound calling preferred. We value candidates who understand the art of engaging strangers in meaningful conversations.
