What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued policyholders, representing arenaflex in every interaction. Your primary responsibility is to deliver the excellent customer service that our policyholders expect and deserve. Work Environment and Schedule

This is an in-office position located at our North Liberty, IA campus. Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation that reflects your skills and experience. The starting salary for this position is $19.10 per hour, which translates to an annual salary of $38,486.50. Qualifications We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:


  • Location: Must be able to commute to our office located at 2320 Landon Rd, North Liberty, IA 52317.

  • Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).

  • Technical Skills: Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.

  • Multitasking Abilities: Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment without compromising quality.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

  • Customer Focus: Genuine desire to help others and provide excellent service to policyholders.

  • Previous customer service experience in insurance, retail, or hospitality industries.
