Develop and implement standardized cooking procedures and best practices to maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Conduct virtual training sessions and provide guidance to kitchen staff on recipe execution, techniques, and safety protocols. Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, ServSafe, etc.) through remote monitoring and communication. Research emerging culinary trends, ingredients, and technologies to continuously innovate and enhance the menu. Contribute to special projects, menu engineering, and catering event planning as needed, all managed remotely. Qualifications: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience with a strong foundation in classic and contemporary cuisine. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in high-volume catering or restaurant environments, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or sous chef role. Demonstrated expertise in menu development, recipe creation, and food costing. Exceptional palate and a deep understanding of flavor profiles, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
