The Visin Insurance Group, a locally owned Allstate Agency in The Greater Houston Area of Texas (Fulshear, TX), is growing and looking for a motivated Licensed Sales Professional to join our team. This role offers the support of a nationally trusted brand with the culture, flexibility, and advancement opportunities of a high-performing local agency.

As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will help protect families all across Texas by offering insurance solutions tailored to their needs, while building long-term, meaningful client relationships.

    What You’ll Do:
  • Generate new business and cross-sell to existing Allstate customers
  • Work web leads, lead lists, inbound, outbound campaigns.
  • Identify and qualify leads from inbound inquiries, referrals, and various lead sources.
  • Provide policy recommendations that match customer needs
  • Educate customers on coverage options to protect their families and assets
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience at every interaction
  • Maintain strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
    What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong interest in a long-term sales career (sales experience preferred)
  • No prior insurance experience required, but preferred
  • Property & Casualty licenses
  • Motivated, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
  • This is a high production agency - 40+ items per month is expected with a ramp up period.

Compensation:

    Year 1 target income: $75,000–$100,000Top performers: $100,000+ potential by Year 2

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
