They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to grow their Home Health vertical by making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and generating new business.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each week (hundreds of dials)
- Pitch our product to prospective customers through cold outreach
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Handle objections confidently and adapt messaging on the fly
- Track outreach and outcomes accurately in Salesforce
- Work with leadership to refine our messaging to customers based on the signals that you hear from your conversations
Skills
- Strong spoken English and comfortable on live calls
- Resilience and consistency in the face of rejection
- Willingness to learn, iterate, and work in an experimental environment
- Reliable internet and a quiet working setup suitable for frequent calls
- 1–3 years in outbound sales or high-volume calling roles preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or B2B products
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience working remotely or with distributed teams
