What You'll Do

Essential Qualifications


  • Availability: Must be able to work between 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Arizona time on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. You must be able to commit to working at least 4 days per week, totaling 20+ hours, including a minimum 5-hour shift on Sunday.

  • Holiday Availability: Must be willing to work on holidays to ensure continuous support for our customers year-round. During holiday periods, you may be asked to adjust your schedule beyond your usual availability to meet business needs.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, caring, and approachable tone

  • Empathy: Ability to display empathy and understanding when assisting customers with concerns, even in challenging situations

  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and systems with speed and accuracy

  • Typing Skills: Normal typing speed with strong spelling and grammar for accurate data entry

  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and efficient problem-solving abilities to provide timely solutions

  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in all situations

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

Technical Requirements for Home Office

As a remote employee, you'll need to maintain a professional home office setup that meets arenaflex's technical requirements. All work duties, including initial training, must be performed at your home address in a private, quiet workspace. Please note the following specifications:

  • RAM: 16GB minimum (32GB recommended)

  • Processor: CPU benchmark score of 6,000 minimum (10,000 recommended)

  • Storage: SSD with at least 5GB free space

Additional Hardware


  • Webcam (external or built-in) for video conferencing

  • USB wired headset for clear audio communication

Internet Speeds


  • Ping: Under 100ms

  • Download: 50MB minimum (100MB recommended)
