About the Role: Data Entry Specialist III
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist III to join our dynamic remote team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist III at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Order Processing Excellence: Process customer orders with precision, verifying pricing, availability, and product specifications to ensure accuracy from order initiation to completion.
- Documentation Management: Type accurately and prepare comprehensive order documents and records, maintaining meticulous digital filing systems that allow for easy retrieval and reference.
- Vendor Communication: Effectively communicate with vendors to ensure orders are allocated promptly and correctly, building strong professional relationships that facilitate smooth operations.
- Shipping Coordination: Obtain competitive shipping quotes, prepare detailed shipping instructions (including Bills of Lading), and schedule pickups for ready orders while optimizing for cost and efficiency.
- Order Reconciliation: Reconcile open and closed orders in a timely manner, ensuring all records are current, accurate, and properly documented in our database systems.
- Problem Resolution: Research, track, and restore documentation when problems or discrepancies arise, including lost orders, production delays, and shipping issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Inform management and compile comprehensive reports and summaries on activity areas, providing valuable insights that drive operational improvements.
- Compliance & Standards: Function in accordance with established standards and procedures, maintaining quality control and adhering to industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a customer service account or order processing environment, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced data management workflows.
- Performance Track Record: Proven track record of over-achieving quota and exceeding performance expectations in previous roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong competency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with databases and web-based software platforms.
- Spreadsheet Expertise: Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, including advanced functions, formulas, and the creation of related reports.
- Precision & Accuracy: Demonstrated accuracy and exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of data entry and documentation.
- Numerical Aptitude: Strong aptitude for working with details and numbers, comfortable handling financial data, pricing calculations, and quantitative reports.

Important Note: Mac OS and Macbooks do not qualify for this position. All work must be performed on a Windows-based system as specified above.
