  • Personal Computer: A personal computer (laptop or desktop) meeting our technical specifications is required. Please note: Chromebooks, netbooks, tablets, and all-in-one computers are not compatible with our systems.
  • Professional Equipment: A high-quality headset with a microphone is required for clear communication with customers. Additionally, a reliable wired high-speed internet connection is mandatory to ensure seamless connectivity.
