The Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for many of our clients. Schedule and Hours:



  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week

  • Core hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

  • Candidates in other time zones are welcome to apply – simply convert our Eastern Time hours to your local time zone

  • This is a day shift position with consistent weekly scheduling

Compensation and Benefits

At arenaflex, we value our team members and strive to offer competitive compensation and meaningful benefits:


  • Annual Starting Pay: $40,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)

  • Employment Type: Full-time W-2 employee (not a 1099 independent contractor position)

  • Paid Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training with pay

  • PTO (Paid Time Off):

    • Immediate: 2 hours earned per pay period

    • After 1 year: 40 hours per year

    • After 3 years: 80 hours per year

    • After 6 years: 120 hours per year

    • After 10 years: 160 hours per year
