About Premium Audit Services at arenaflex
Our Premium Audit Services division plays a critical role in the insurance ecosystem. We serve as the primary point of contact for support and service related to commercial audits, ensuring that our policyholders receive accurate, timely, and professional assistance with their insurance needs. When you join arenaflex in this role, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, handling inquiries about premium audits, policy questions, and various administrative requests that keep our clients' businesses running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety in their work, as you'll be supporting a highly diverse cross-functional product set, technology platforms, and applications. No two days will be exactly alike, and you'll continuously expand your knowledge of the insurance industry while developing valuable transferable skills.
What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
As a key member of our Premium Audit Services team, you will serve as the first point of contact for routine customer requests and queries related to commercial audits. This role requires extensive phone and email interaction with policyholders, agents, and third parties. You'll be the friendly voice and helpful resource that customers rely on when they have questions about their insurance coverage, audit processes, or policy documentation.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries from policyholders, agents, and business partners via phone and email in an accurate, timely, and professional manner. You'll handle routine requests with efficiency while escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders. You'll develop a genuine understanding of each customer's unique service needs and tailor your support accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments including Underwriting, Billing, Premium Audit, and Claims to ensure efficient and quality service delivery. You'll serve as a bridge between departments to resolve customer issues comprehensively.
- Research and Resolution: Complete basic research around customer queries and requests. When you cannot resolve an issue independently, you'll identify and engage the appropriate department, individual, or escalation path to ensure the customer receives the help they need.
- Documentation and System Management: Route requests and submissions using appropriate systems for assignment and resolution. You'll maintain accurate and timely documentation of all transactions and customer interactions, ensuring our records remain precise and up-to-date.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in workflow and make recommendations around improving processes. Your insights will help us continuously enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Performance Excellence: Uphold our renowned customer care standards by achieving individual goals related to work quality, phone and email handle times, adherence to procedures, and reliability. Your success contributes directly to our team's success.
