What You'll Do in This Role

  • Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from healthcare insurance members seeking assistance with their coverage, benefits, and related inquiries

  • Benefits and Eligibility Inquiries: Accurately explain coverage details, help members understand their benefits, and verify eligibility for various healthcare services

  • Appeals and Grievances: Guide members through the appeals process, document grievances appropriately, and ensure their concerns are addressed with care and precision

  • Medical Device Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and guidance for members experiencing issues with medical devices covered under their insurance plans
