What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our company's commitment to excellence. Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities designed to ensure every customer receives prompt, professional, and personalized assistance. Here's what you can expect:


  • Handle Inbound Customer Calls: Answer soft-phone (VOIP) customer calls professionally and efficiently, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude throughout every interaction.

  • Data Entry Excellence: Perform accurate data entry into the SAP system while simultaneously engaging with customers over the phone, ensuring all information is recorded precisely and in real-time.

  • Account Research & Resolution: Investigate account details as needed to achieve first-call resolution, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Multi-System Data Management: Input data into additional supporting work systems as needed while interacting with customers, maintaining seamless information flow across all business units.

  • Clerical Support Functions: Perform clerical data entry into various business unit software for job requests, status checks, and updates with meticulous accuracy.

  • Proactive Outbound Communication: Make outbound softphone calls to interact with customers while inputting data into various business unit software systems, following up on inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Inquiry Response: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems relating to products and services provided by the company, serving as the primary point of contact for issue resolution.

  • Case Management Documentation: Input pertinent information regarding customers and customer problem resolution into software management systems, maintaining comprehensive records for future reference and quality assurance.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of related call center and/or customer service experience

  • Technical Assessment: Ability to pass arenaflex's customer service assessment testing

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to express knowledge in a clear and professional manner

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to use a personal computer with MS Office Suite and other business applications

  • Adaptability: Demonstrates good situational adaptability and the ability to thrive in changing conditions

Preferred Qualifications:
